hundreds of years. The benefits of a discipline that focuses your mind are many. It's not so important which you choose; it's the daily discipline that makes the difference.


The choice of which practice is a personal matter. Like all things in life, choose one that has the greatest affinity to you. Through a daily discipline, the complex will become easier, the confusing will become clear, and you will feel more energized and focused.
