Personal Growth

I recently bought a packet of Tulsi or Thai Basil seeds from Amazon and have been growing them on a patio
that recieves a lot of sunny, natural light. The plant is growing very quickly and I have just harvested many of the leaves to make oil that am going to use in a salve. I’m very excited and look forward to sharing my results.

In case you didn’t know, Ayurveda places an emphasis on moderation in food intake, sleep, sexual intercourse, and the intake of medicine Balance is emphasized; suppressing natural urges is seen to be unhealthy, and doing so may almost certainly lead to illness Tulsi
is considered to be an adaptogen, balancing different processes in the body, and helpful for adapting to stress. Marked by its strong aroma and astringent taste, it is regarded in Ayurveda as a kind of "elixir of life" and believed to promote longevity. Smile warmly.
